  • IKAR 2009 for the Public Library in Ursus
    The Public Library in Ursus has got a distinction of the institutions, nominated to the award IKAR 2009, given by the Polish Association of Book Publishers for achieving particular results in developing educational and cultural activities of local society.
  • Coordinator of the READCOM project (LLP Grundtvig) prepared together with Austrian, Belgian, Portuguese and Turkish partners. Chosen by the European Commission as one of 20 the best practice and published in brochure “Grundtvig- Success Stories” in 2007.

    Scientists and educators from universities present the most interesting achievements of modern science in an attractive form. The only in Poland catalogue of intercultural books of BARFIE in 13 foreign languages.
